He has stated that he wishes to list with us, today on the phone he stated that he had sent in the back of our flyer via mail to victoria. Originally he stated he saw one of our car pool vehicles and that is how he found out about us, however if he sent in the back of a flyer, I never gave him one, be sure to read the referral area because one of our courtenay referrers more than likely gave it to him.
Attached are some pic's he sent me.
He stated that he is leaving town tommorow for 10 days, I am to email the contracts to him and as he checks his email while away periodically he will print them out and mail them back to the office. I informed him we did not have much to go on with the pics he sent me and that you would be attempting to contact him once he got back to set up the listing, contracts being recieved and all. Once you have done this I will also need some signage for his place.
